Zipline is seeking a talented European Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. This full-time role is open to candidates located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, or Portugal. As a key member of our marketing division, you will help streamline communications and drive employee engagement initiatives for leading retailers across Europe.

Job Overview

Full-time, remote position based in Europe (UK, Ireland, Spain, or Portugal).
Lead the development and execution of Zipline’s marketing strategies in the European market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to European audiences.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategy.
Drive employee engagement initiatives for retail partners.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the retail or SaaS sectors.
Strong knowledge of European markets and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
