Webflow is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Lead to join our team remotely from anywhere in Canada or the United States. As a Social Media Lead, you will drive the strategy and execution of our social media presence, amplifying our brand, engaging our community, and supporting our growth as a leading responsive web design tool, CMS, and hosting platform.

Job Overview

This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates passionate about digital storytelling and community engagement, who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Webflow’s brand and business goals.
Lead the creation, curation, and management of engaging content across all social channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and community engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to drive cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in leading social media strategy and execution for technology or SaaS brands.
Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online community management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross-functional team environment.
