Job Overview

As a Revenue Operations Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in co-owning the Partner Systems roadmap and optimizing the Partner Lead-to-Order process. Your responsibilities will include authoring Salesforce requirements, leading User Acceptance Testing, and driving change management initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Co-own Partner Systems roadmap with leadership
  • Own the Partner Lead-to-Order process
  • Scope and author Salesforce SFDC requirements
  • Lead UAT and refine testing
  • Build CPQ functionality with ET
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of BPM and Program Management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Partner Portal and CRM integrations
  • Expert in Salesforce design and writing business requirements
  • Strong ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable processes
