Job Overview

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales with 50K+ employees. Build relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and Payroll leaders. Develop strategic account plans for multi-year growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise sales and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Position Chime Workplace in earned wage access/fintech space
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success
  • Maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years selling B2B to large employers (50K+)
  • Experience in earned wage access or adjacent fintech/HR tech
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Track record of strategic account planning in matrix orgs
  • Strong executive presence and written communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
