SaaS Governance Lead

Job Overview

As the Head of SaaS Enablement & Governance, you will be responsible for owning the enterprise SaaS governance mandate as the company scales. Your role will involve defining portfolio strategy to drive disciplined growth, reuse, and risk reduction. You will establish standards for data handling, access control, and lifecycle ownership while building scalable SaaS intake, onboarding, renewals, and decommissioning workflows. Centralizing admin, SSO enforcement, integration governance, and audit readiness will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. This role requires in-office presence at our SF HQ.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise SaaS governance, portfolio, or lifecycle ops at scale
• Built governance models improving security, audit readiness, and cost control
• Ability to influence senior partners on trade-offs
• Experience building intake and approval systems
• Bachelor's degree required
