Job Overview

As a Sales Associate in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Your efforts will drive qualified meetings and contribute to the overall pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Maintain 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week to drive qualified meetings
  • Identify prospects in assigned and unassigned CRE territories
  • Develop and align territory strategies with Account Executives
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI prospecting tools, and Salesforce to manage pipeline
  • Engage in events to identify prospects and build relationships
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven Cold Calling Experience
  • Proven success in sales or business development with daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIs
  • Experience within the CRE industry preferred
  • Experience attending industry events and driving interest
  • Experience with designing and executing outbound campaigns
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience or strong interest in SaaS, real estate private equity, or financial services technology
