Enterprise Sales Sales strategy

As the Director of Sales, New Business, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end new logo sales cycle, penetrating new markets, engaging with C-level executives and senior IT/product leaders, and leading strategic solution selling initiatives. Your role will involve driving deal ownership and negotiation to meet quotas, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams, and maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end new logo sales cycle from contact to contract
  • Penetrate new markets and close multi-million enterprise deals
  • Engage with C-level and senior IT/product leaders to uncover challenges
  • Lead strategic, multi-stakeholder solution selling
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product for go-to-market strategies and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Enterprise hunting experience with net new logos in Fortune 500 companies
  • CPaaS or B2B Enterprise SaaS domain expertise
  • Proven track record closing multi-year, multi-million deals
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, and Solution Selling methodologies
  • Strong C-suite communication and stakeholder engagement
