Job Overview

As a Salesforce CPQ Architect, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Conga CPQ architecture within Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role involves designing scalable Quote-to-Cash processes, product modeling, pricing, and discounts.

Responsibilities

Define scalable Quote-to-Cash design including product modeling, pricing, and discounts.
Architect complex product bundles, pricing matrices, and configuration strategies.
Align CPQ architecture with Salesforce data model (Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders).
Lead solution workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into designs.

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with Sales Cloud.
5+ years of Conga CPQ architecture experience in enterprise environments.
Strong mastery of product configuration, pricing rules, discounts, and approvals.
Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Experience in Salesforce data modeling, automation (Flows, Apex), and performance optimization.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware, async).
