Job Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for various aspects of a global Salesforce instance at 3M. The role involves building, deploying, and supporting processes across the Salesforce.com technology suite, collaborating with onsite and offsite teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Participate in the build, deploy, and support of Salesforce processes
Collaborate with onsite and offsite teams
Develop new functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure fast performance

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong technical foundation in APEX, .Net, Java, and relational databases
Certified Salesforce Developer is preferred
