Salesforce QTC Developer Role

Join Outreach as a Senior Salesforce Developer focused on Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Business Systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing QTC processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects supporting core business operations.

Job Overview

• Lead development and optimization of QTC processes using Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Deliver projects on schedule, leveraging best practices in estimation and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and improve scripts, workflows, and integrations across platforms.
• Collaborate with business partners in GTM, Finance, IT, and Legal.
• Support and document testing, deployments, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve Quote-to-Cash systems and integrations.
• Deliver projects efficiently by managing development processes and resources.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing customizations and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Document requirements, track progress, and ensure quality in deployments using JIRA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on QTC functions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, APEX, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Flows, Custom Fields, Gearset, Validation Rules, and VisualForce Pages.
• Experience with Zuora Quotes CPQ, Zuora Billing, or similar subscription models.
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.
• Team-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment.
