Salesforce Solution Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize advanced Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization, and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design blueprints.
• Develop scalable, reliable Salesforce architectures integrating with enterprise systems.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and high quality standards.
• Customize Salesforce applications, including creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Regularly assess and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and security, including data model design and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
