Job Overview

As a Mitarbeiter:in Schaden- und Reparatursteuerung, you will be responsible for providing the best possible support to customers in case of damage, coordinating repairs, and ensuring smooth handling of cases. You will work closely with external damage management partners, insurers, and lawyers to manage repairs and oversee the fleet. Your role will involve delivering service-oriented case processing, simplifying workflows, and resolving customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Betreuung von Kund:innen im Schadenfall.
  • Koordination von Reparaturen und Überwachung von Fällen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Schadenmanagement-Partnern, Versicherungen & Anwälten.
  • Flottenmanagement und Sicherstellung von Reparaturen.
  • Serviceorientierte Fallbearbeitung und Vereinfachung von Abläufen.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Serviceberatung oder Serviceassistenz.
  • Ausbildung im Kfz-Umfeld oder Versicherungskaufleute.
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen wie Zendesk und Salesforce von Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1).
