Job Overview

Stateside is looking for a Senior Account Manager to ensure client engagement and growth within their portfolio clients. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with top U.S. Corporations and contribute to the future of technology.

Responsibilities

Establish and grow successful relationships with portfolio clients
Understand client business priorities and technology landscape
Lead client renewal pursuits and revenue growth
Identify and capitalize on client growth opportunities
Relentlessly monitor market dynamics and recommend counteracting strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
3+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
Proven success in managing client relationships and increasing customer satisfaction
Experience in sales and revenue growth for current accounts
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills
