Job Overview

• Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced DeFi protocols including stablecoins and staking systems.
• Drive cross-chain infrastructure development to ensure seamless user experience across supported blockchains.
• Collaborate with Security, Trading, and Risk Engineering teams to integrate market data, execution systems, and robust security practices.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of DeFi products, ensuring high reliability and uptime.
• Mentor and elevate team capabilities, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver core DeFi protocols for staking, stablecoin integration, and liquidity management.
• Develop and maintain cross-chain bridging, messaging, and paymaster systems for high reliability.
• Partner with Security Engineering to implement audits, fuzzing, invariant testing, and incident response.
• Integrate market data and execution systems to enable safe automation of DeFi operations.
• Drive innovation in stablecoin infrastructure and develop new products in collaboration with external partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in DeFi protocols, including staking, AMMs, stablecoins, bridges, and governance.
• Proficiency in EVM smart contract development (Solidity, Foundry, Slither, Echidna).
• Proficiency in Solana smart contract development (Rust, Anchor, SPL).
• Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable, gas-efficient, and upgradeable solutions.
• Security-first engineering mindset, including formal verification, audits, and testing.
• Experience with cross-chain infrastructure (LayerZero, Axelar, native bridges, paymasters).
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to reusable frameworks and documentation.
• Remote work capability; located in European or Asian time zone.
