Job Overview

Join us as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer where you will play a key role in collaborating with propulsion/design teams to provide manufacturing input for hardware. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment for propulsion components. Additionally, you will create and maintain manufacturing plans, travelers, and work instructions, supporting propulsion systems including propellant feed, pressurization, and venting.

Responsibilities

Provide manufacturing input for propulsion hardware
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for propulsion components
Create and maintain manufacturing plans, travelers, and work instructions
Support propulsion systems including propellant feed, pressurization, venting
Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges through root cause analysis

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering
3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience in propulsion or high-reliability fluid systems
Experience with CAD tools (Siemens NX) and manufacturing documentation
Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to review engineering drawings
Cross-functional communication with propulsion, systems, test, and quality teams
