Job Overview

Produce and enhance technical documentation for Tether's Node.js-based products and open-source modules.
Collaborate with distributed development teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation.
Support the developer community by addressing common issues and improving guides, FAQs, and example code.
Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to transparency and global impact.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively update and maintain technical documentation to reflect rapid product changes.
Write, edit, and refine guides, FAQs, and tutorials for both public and internal audiences.
Create high-quality proof-of-concept applications and example code snippets.
Engage with the developer community to identify and resolve documentation gaps.
Collaborate with global team members to align documentation with product evolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Node.js development experience with clean, efficient code.
1+ years of technical writing experience, preferably for developer audiences.
Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills.
Experience working with open-source technologies and communities.
Familiarity with Git and markdown for documentation management.
Comfortable working remotely in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
Experience with C/C++ is a plus.
