Senior Solution Engineer Role

You will partner closely with the Belux sales team, channel partners, and customers to solve complex data challenges, drive technical wins, and enable data-driven strategic decision-making. Job Overview

• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to showcase Snowflake’s cloud data platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into innovative technical solutions using Snowflake’s architecture.
• Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to diverse audiences, from technical contributors to executives.
• Collaborate internally and externally to optimize customer success and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and nurture technical champions within customer accounts to achieve technical wins.
• Contribute to account and territory planning, leveraging market knowledge and professional networks.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance Snowflake’s offerings.
• Represent Snowflake at customer and industry events, maintaining expertise in emerging data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive sales engineering or solution architect experience in SaaS, analytics, or data engineering environments.
• Strong background working with large, global accounts in the Belgian market.
• Expertise in data architecture, analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Experience with modern data tools (dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps, orchestration tools, git, etc.).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using innovative data solutions.
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
• Leadership qualities with a track record of uplifting teams and driving customer engagement.
