Join Snowflake as a Senior Solution Engineer and play a pivotal role in empowering organizations to unlock the true value of their data. You will partner closely with the Belux sales team, channel partners, and customers to solve complex data challenges, drive technical wins, and enable data-driven strategic decision-making. This dynamic role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and thought leadership within a rapidly evolving data technology landscape.

Job Overview

Work hands-on with prospects and customers to showcase Snowflake’s cloud data platform capabilities.
Translate business needs into innovative technical solutions using Snowflake’s architecture.
Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to diverse audiences, from technical contributors to executives.
Collaborate internally and externally to optimize customer success and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept throughout the sales cycle.
Develop and nurture technical champions within customer accounts to achieve technical wins.
Contribute to account and territory planning, leveraging market knowledge and professional networks.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance Snowflake’s offerings.
Represent Snowflake at customer and industry events, maintaining expertise in emerging data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive sales engineering or solution architect experience in SaaS, analytics, or data engineering environments.
Strong background working with large, global accounts in the Belgian market.
Expertise in data architecture, analytics, and cloud technology.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python.
Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken); French is a plus.
Experience with modern data tools (dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps, orchestration tools, git, etc.).
Outstanding communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using innovative data solutions.
Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
Leadership qualities with a track record of uplifting teams and driving customer engagement.
