Job Overview

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure using pure Python infra-as-code.
Architect and operate OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage solutions.
Drive automation and model-driven operations across diverse cloud environments.
Collaborate globally with a remote team, attending in-person sprints twice a year.
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud and application clusters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation for cloud infrastructure using Python.
Support and upgrade Kubernetes, OpenStack, and application clusters for enterprise customers.
Apply devsecops practices from bare metal to containers and serverless applications.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize operational metrics to ensure high performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with open source technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Expertise in Python software development.
Strong experience with Linux, networking, and storage systems.
Operational experience with OpenStack or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with public or private cloud management platforms.
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity, and accountability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Willingness to travel internationally for company events.
