Job Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and creative roles in a remote-first environment.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Contribute to the growth and success of a global, distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and assess candidates for diverse tech and creative positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful hires.
Build strong relationships with hiring teams to understand role requirements and team culture.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent worldwide.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for both technical and creative roles in a remote setting.
Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms and tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment methodologies.
