Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Programmatic.
Oversee daily management and optimization of advertising campaigns.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies across channels.
Optimize registration funnels and drive high-quality traffic to landing pages.
Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor trends and insights, scale successful channels, and search for new growth points to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Analyze market and competitors, reporting results and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok.
Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Looker and Tableau.
Expertise in optimizing campaigns for cost-efficiency (CPL, CPA).
Ability to forecast, build, and manage large user acquisition budgets.
Solid understanding of attribution models and user journey tracking.
Experience with Affiliates and CPA networks is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
