Job Overview

As a Strategic SI Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for owning executive relationships with strategic and regional SIs, developing multiyear joint business plans, and driving pipeline through co-sell engagements. You will play a key role in activating SIs early to accelerate enterprise deals and building account strategies with AEs and partner leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Own executive relationships with strategic and regional SIs
  • Develop multiyear joint business plans aligned to revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline via structured co-sell engagements
  • Activate SIs early to accelerate enterprise deals
  • Build account strategies with Fivetran AEs and partner leaders
  • Lead executive QBRs and strategic planning with SI leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven record driving enterprise revenue via Systems Integrators
  • Experience building and scaling strategic SaaS alliances
  • Strong executive presence; ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success owning revenue accountability or quotas
  • Navigate complex matrixed organizations with discipline
  • Strong commercial and negotiation acumen
