You'll be the primary voice of our brand across multiple social platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and ensure a positive community experience.

Job Overview

As a Social Media Community Manager, you will oversee daily interactions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads. Your focus will be on community engagement, moderation, and supporting brand growth through strategic communication and content collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for online community engagement across all social channels.
Monitor and promptly respond to comments, messages, tags, and mentions in a brand-aligned tone.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to schedule and publish posts that encourage interaction.
Track community sentiment, feedback, and trends to inform strategies.
Manage and moderate discussions to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment.
Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and potential ambassadors.
Prepare community insights and engagement reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
Strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends on major social platforms.
Excellent written communication and conversational skills.
Proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
Experience with community management or social listening tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have: experience in crisis communication or handling sensitive online issues.
Background in content creation, copywriting, or brand marketing.
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
