Job Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in driving culture and growth across the organization. You will move beyond traditional Employee Relations (ER) to influence career growth, diversity, and engagement. Your role will involve aligning HR plans with company strategy and emerging technologies, with a focus on championing AI/automation to streamline administrative tasks and free up time for employees. You will also support performance management and employee relations when needed, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to scale the business effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Drive culture and growth
  • Influence career growth, diversity, and engagement
  • Align HR plans with company strategy and emerging tech
  • Champion AI/automation for streamlining admin tasks
  • Support performance management and employee relations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D to scale the business
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in human resources or org development
  • Experience supporting an operational function, including call centers
  • Experience in insurance or start-up environments is a plus
  • Credible, trusted partner who builds relationships and delivers results
  • Experience in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
