Job Overview

As Director of Strategy, you will define and execute our go-to-market approach for D365 F&SCM, shape intellectual property, and ensure seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and delivery teams. Your strategic leadership will be vital in driving growth and innovation, maintaining alignment with Microsoft priorities, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions.
Drive innovation through the creation and packaging of proprietary IP and solution offerings.
Align sales, marketing, and delivery teams for cohesive and effective execution.
Strengthen the company's market positioning and value proposition in the ERP space.
Maintain alignment with Microsoft’s product roadmap and co-sell programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, product strategy, or business transformation, with a focus on D365 F&SCM.
Proven ability to develop and execute ERP go-to-market strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive teams.
Expertise in IP creation, solution design, and packaging of services.
Experience working with Microsoft Partners or Systems Integrators.
Deep understanding of Microsoft’s F&SCM priorities and release roadmap.
MBA or advanced degree in Strategy, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Background in delivering enterprise-scale Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
