Contract Management Customer Service Remote Collaboration Telecommunications Written Communication

Join Zenergi as a Support and Provisioning Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service within the telecommunications sector. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will guide customers through their journey from initial enquiry to provisioning, installation, and ongoing support. Job Overview

Serve as the main liaison for customer enquiries and support throughout their journey.
Coordinate the provisioning and scheduling of telecom installations and services.
Maintain exceptional communication and manage customer expectations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality service in line with agreed SLAs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via multiple channels.
Oversee the provisioning and scheduling of installations and services.
Coordinate with third-party service providers as needed.
Validate and manage customer accounts, contracts, and billing queries.
Uphold consistent communication to manage and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SCQF Level 5 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Experience in a customer service role (telecoms industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
Good knowledge of fixed and mobile telecoms services.
Strong attention to detail and numeric skills.
Ability to learn new systems, concepts, and terminology quickly.
Proven experience working with third-party service providers.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach.
