Contract Negotiation Sales Experience Time Management

The East Coast Strategic Cuisines Account Executive for Vietnamese markets will support new business acquisition in the Asian strategic cuisines sector. This role entails converting inbound demand and referrals while delivering a tailored Toast experience for customers who may have language barriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct calls, emails, product demos, quotes, and contracts in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Assist in new business acquisition efforts within Asian strategic cuisines markets.
  • Respond to inbound demand and referrals from the broader sales organization.
  • Ensure a catered experience for customers, addressing their language needs.
  • Work in a hybrid model that balances in-person collaboration and remote work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Vietnamese.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
