Contract Management Customer Service Data Analysis

Job Overview

Deliver outstanding consultancy and support services to clients in the energy and environmental sectors.
Assist customers with electricity and gas procurement, contract management, and invoice validation.
Promote sustainable practices and carbon reduction strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
Contribute to process improvements that simplify and streamline energy management for clients.
Work collaboratively in a remote environment to achieve company and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and validate energy invoices to ensure billing accuracy for clients.
Support procurement of electricity and gas contracts by analyzing market trends and client requirements.
Provide expert advice on sustainability initiatives and carbon footprint reduction.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and assisting with payment processes.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive service excellence and process innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in energy management, procurement, or environmental consultancy.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for invoice validation and data analysis.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Familiarity with sustainability and carbon reduction strategies.
Proficiency with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms.
