Recent News and Updates: On October 29, 2024, Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh unveiled the third edition of the Acing Development of Innovative Technologies with iDEX (ADITI 3.0) challenge during the NIIO seminar 'Swavlamban' at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. This initiative aims to propel the development of cutting-edge technologies in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Technology, military communication, and more.
Moreover, the 13th edition of the Defence India Startup Challenges (DISC 13) was also launched during the same seminar, featuring seven challenges from the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. These initiatives provide a platform for startups and innovators to contribute to the defense industry with their novel solutions. In another event on October 7, 2024, the 2nd edition of ADITI was launched, featuring 19 problem statements across various domains.
Additionally, the 12th edition of the Defence India Startup Challenge (DISC-12) was introduced with 41 problem statements spanning crucial technology areas. These challenges offer grants and support to winners to further develop their ideas and solutions.
