Founded in 1949 and headquartered in Peach Glen, Pennsylvania, near Gettysburg, Knouse Foods operates three manufacturing plants in the Appalachian growing region. With over 1000 dedicated employees, we are one of the largest processors in the U.S.

Our product line includes a variety of apple-based products such as apple sauce, sliced, diced, and whole apples, apple butter, apple juice, cider, fruit fillings, and fruit pizza toppings. These products are distributed to retail grocery stores nationwide, mass merchandise and club stores, dollar stores, food service establishments like restaurants, hotels, and schools, convenience stores, military commissaries, and international markets in over 36 countries.

As "The Apple Experts," we are committed to using 100% American Grown Apples in all our products, which can be traced back to the facility, the bin, and the orchard. Our cutting-edge manufacturing equipment allows us to manufacture products from fresh apples 12 months of the year thanks to Controlled Atmosphere storage for over 1.5 million bushels of apples.

From small cups to large pails and drums, we can co-pack a variety of products for our clients.
