Long Term Disability insurance is also available at no cost if your disability extends beyond 180 days.
Our Maternity Benefit through MDVA provides supplemental maternity disability pay at no cost for up to 8 weeks to recover from childbirth. Furthermore, we offer a Retirement (401k) plan with automatic enrollment at 6%, with a 50% match up to 6% of your contributions. In terms of time off, we recognize six national holidays and offer paid vacation days and sick leave based on years of service.
