Executive Management Our executive management team is composed of industry experts who have a wealth of experience in luxury apartments, finance, operations, and business development.

Our leaders include: - Anja Graf, the founder, owner, and CEO - Marcel Stoop, our Group Head of Finance/CFO - Kaspar Eisenhut, our COO - Nadine Abi Aad, our Managing Director, Group Head of Business Development - Marcin Felski, our Head of Operations - Jean-Marc Aiello, our Group Head of Acquisitions Our History Our business idea was born when our CEO Anja Graf managed her own modeling agency and was looking for furnished rooms for her models to stay in.

Today, we have grown into a market leader, continuously exploring the latest interior design trends to create a unique living experience for our clients. Building Openings We are continuously expanding, and plan to open new luxurious buildings in multiple locations across Switzerland and Europe.

In 2023, we opened our new flagship building in Glattbrugg with 316 stylish serviced apartments, a rooftop gastro restaurant, spa, gym, luxurious lobby, conference room, and shared offices. We also opened one of Bucharest’s most iconic buildings under the VISIONAPARTMENTS banner. In 2024, we are set to open a new building of 56 luxury apartments in Lugano and further expand in Switzerland.
