Job Overview

Join our team as an Account Development Manager where you will be responsible for identifying high-propensity accounts, exceeding monthly expansion goals, designing smart outreach strategies, and partnering with Product and Marketing teams to refine our GTM playbook.

Responsibilities
  • Identify high-propensity accounts using product usage data and predictive scoring
  • Exceed monthly expansion goals by building and maintaining a robust pipeline
  • Design smart outreach by combining data insights, account research, and discovery
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to test, learn, and refine our GTM playbook
  • Master and evolve internal tools and processes to manage a high-velocity pipeline
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer to influence roadmap and strategy
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years in quota-carrying Growth Sales, Account Management, or Expansion
  • Compelling communicator translating complex concepts into clear value propositions
  • Proven upsell targets via data-driven prioritization
  • Builder's mindset eager to create and iterate in a fast-growing team
  • Bias to action and autonomy to convert launches into cross-functional plays
  • Passion for FinTech or banking to shape the future of financial services
