Join Rackspace Technology as a Cloud Sales Executive (Level III), specializing in driving growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This remote, night shift position supports the US region, focusing on building deep relationships with strategic customers and delivering innovative multi-cloud solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to expanding existing accounts, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with both internal teams and C-suite clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close profitable sales opportunities with new and existing BFSI customers.
  • Own and nurture customer relationships, collaborating with internal experts and leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including forecasting, account planning, and proposal creation.
  • Engage C-suite executives to present viable IT and business solutions.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and customer advocacy.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast results.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and document agreements with high-value clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and relevant standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in cloud solutions, preferably within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of multi-cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships.
  • Superior negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and patience in nurturing client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM and account management tools.
  • Must reside in India and be available for night shift supporting the US region.
