Job Overview

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Kayzen’s product & service teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies focused on growth and customer success.
Provide proactive, data-driven consultation and campaign optimization for clients.
Maintain detailed client documentation and facilitate engaging business reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive enhancements based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Form deep understanding of client business objectives and goals.
Advise clients on Kayzen DSP best practices, from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
Co-manage and analyze campaigns to maximize performance.
Report regularly on account progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
Own end-to-end client results through proactive troubleshooting and optimizations.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to identify growth opportunities and present product roadmap.
Work with product and technical teams to address client needs and feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing performance-driven web clients.
Hands-on experience with programmatic or digital advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and actionable insights.
Proven ability to develop and drive impactful client processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
Familiarity with CRM and documentation tools (e.g., Hubspot).
