Join Blackbaud University as an Education Services Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our training team and Product Technology Group. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining virtual sandbox environments, ensuring robust support for instructor-led trainings across multiple products. This remote-friendly position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in the social good sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain virtual training sandbox environments using modern development technologies.
Develop and support database and lab environments, ensuring system health, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues, including customer support escalations.
Coordinate with Curriculum Leads, Delivery Leads, Operations, IT, and external experts to meet install and environment requirements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments, maintaining integrations with core systems.
Document environment access, procedures, and configurations to support training needs.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, helping to groom, plan, and deliver work while resolving defects and technical debt.
Administer API documentation libraries and improve environment quality through standards, testing, and monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in software development.
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, and cloud environments.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, grooming).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure PaaS services is a plus.
Familiarity with relational databases and integration practices.
Experience working with international engineering teams is preferred.
