Euclid Protocol, an innovative open-source liquidity consensus layer within the Nibiru ecosystem, is seeking a Head of Trading to lead the development and operation of its internal trading desk. This is a remote, full-time opportunity focused on managing $20M+ in stablecoin liquidity, optimizing trading strategies, and integrating cutting-edge DeFi technologies. The ideal candidate will drive yields, architect robust trading workflows, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement trading desk architecture, including workflows, tools, and controls from the ground up.
Develop and execute liquidity-provision, arbitrage, and market-making algorithms to maximize returns.
Manage and optimize deployment of $20M+ in stablecoins for superior ROI and minimal slippage.
Establish real-time risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate APIs, smart contracts, and on-chain data sources.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of traders and analysts, fostering a results-driven culture.
Deliver clear and concise performance reports to leadership and liquidity providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience on a proprietary or institutional trading desk (crypto preferred).
Proven track record in arbitrage or liquidity provision within DeFi or AMMs.
Expertise in on-chain execution and deep understanding of decentralized finance ecosystems.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar liquidity pools.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Technical proficiency in Python or TypeScript for strategy development and integration (preferred).
Exposure to on-chain analytics, smart contract development, and multi-chain DeFi protocols is a plus.
