Crm Management Prospecting Saas Sales

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for SMB beauty and wellness accounts. Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social. Deliver virtual product demos that show Fresha's platform addressing pain points. Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; hand off to senior outbound BDMs. Run discovery calls to understand how prospects run their business today. Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline for trustworthy forecasts. 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR with a quota track record. Experience selling SaaS, POS, payments, or tech to SMBs. Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments. Confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust. Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and fast-moving pipeline. Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets and team wins. Work-life balance: 25 days of flexible leave.
