Jr. Marketing Art Specialist

Join Codeway as a Jr. Marketing Art Operations Specialist for DramaPops, our flagship mobile app. Work remotely with a dynamic, passionate team at the forefront of the mobile industry, supporting the creation and optimization of high-impact marketing creatives. This role blends creative production, data-driven iteration, and cross-platform adaptation in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, localize, and iterate DramaPops marketing creatives, including motion graphics and static visuals, following briefs from the Performance Marketing Team.
• Transform marketing initiatives into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Analyze creative performance data, identify winning creatives, and propose improvements for further optimization.
• Adapt and optimize existing assets for various formats, platforms, and specifications (resizing, re-layouts, localization).
• Stay updated on mobile app creative ad trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator.
• Passion for marketing, drama, and data-driven creativity.
• Technical background or experience in content creation, marketing art, motion design, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to independently solve problems and learn new concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Open to feedback, eager to self-improve, and ready to take ownership of projects.
• Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
