Junior Java Developer Role

You will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications. Job Overview

As a Junior Java Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, contribute to code reviews, and continuously enhance application performance. The role is based onsite in Osmannoro (FI) for three days a week, with a permanent contract under CCNL Commercio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest development improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to the migration and development of microservices architectures on Kubernetes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with Java 8 development.
• Experience with Quarkus framework.
• Proficient in microservices development on Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of JUnit and JPA.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, especially Angular 18.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
