Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to shape and scale our talent development initiatives. You will design and execute onboarding, upskilling, and coaching systems that embed empathy, excellence, and judgment into everyday performance. As the L&D Lead, you will have autonomy to innovate, iterate, and raise the bar for how our people learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the L&D team to develop onboarding, upskilling, and coaching programs aligned with company values.
  • Design systems that translate values into practical, measurable actions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement feedback loops to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach managers and agents to deliver exceptional service using empathy and critical thinking.
  • Build scalable training infrastructure that adapts quickly to business needs and performance data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, enablement, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record in designing and iterating effective training programs based on measurable feedback.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for clear, decision-oriented documentation.
  • Comfort operating in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments with a focus on rapid iteration and accountability.
  • Strong data-driven and behavioral-change mindset, with direct observation and practical application.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful learning systems or programs built and led by you.
  • Willingness to engage in direct feedback and continuous improvement conversations.
  • Self-driven with the ability to identify and own critical problems proactively.
  • Experience improving support outcomes and reducing ramp time through L&D initiatives.
