Principal Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Principal Salesforce Engineer to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. Job Overview

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects.

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications for optimal revenue management.
• Develop integrations and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development and DevSecOps standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.
• Configure Billing and Revenue Recognition modules to meet business needs.
• Develop custom code, APIs, and integrations across systems and data sources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and recommend process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition modules.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical roles for end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline management and DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and managing relational databases.
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable (Platform Developer, CPQ Specialist, Technical Architect).
