Job Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop impactful narratives, optimize pricing models, conduct in-depth market research, and drive high-impact go-to-market plans. Your work will empower sales, influence product strategy, and help establish Symmetry as a category leader in payroll compliance infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and communicate compelling messaging for Symmetry’s payroll compliance platform.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Develop impactful client case studies to showcase product value and success.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Create sales collateral and training materials to support and enable the sales team.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and marketing teams for aligned execution.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure and optimize product marketing performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or HCM/Payroll industry.
  • Expertise in messaging, positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and case study development.
  • Proven success increasing ACV and sales win rates.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content and presentation creation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics for performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
