The Relationship Manager role at Xapo Bank involves managing institutional and retail accounts in the MENA region, focusing on client relationships and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

Originate and onboard institutional and retail relationships
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Act as an escalation point for Customer Success Advisors
Attend events to promote Xapo brand and obtain leads
Meet existing customers face to face
Monitor portfolio and provide updates
Be an expert in Xapo products
Ensure regulatory compliance
Achieve revenue targets
Provide product demonstrations
Work on strategies for customer base growth
Ensure client needs are met at all times
Keep updated on industry advancements
Escalate region-specific issues

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluent in English; Arabic fluency desirable
5+ years in customer-facing banking
Crypto market exposure
Effective in face to face and online meetings
Track record of KPI/target achievement
Strong network in Dubai/UAE financial sector
Understanding of payment rails and stablecoins
