Drive business growth and manage key U.S. client accounts in the staff augmentation sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand strategic client accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Drive new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
Collaborate closely with U.S.-based clients to understand and address their staffing needs.
Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track progress and optimize account strategies.
Occasionally travel to the USA for client visits as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in technology services.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts.
Background in technology sales, IT staffing, or technical account management.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
Valid B1/B2 visa for U.S. business travel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, results-driven environment.
