We are seeking a Professional Services Senior Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver complex technical projects for our clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring all technical and business requirements are met, and driving the successful execution of projects from initiation through delivery. You will serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while identifying new opportunities to solve client business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Gather and document business requirements to address client objectives and pain points.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical/non-technical teams to meet project targets and requirements.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes using established project management methodologies.
Prepare and present project documentation, progress reports, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Support pre-sales activities, including proposal and SoW preparation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during project delivery.
Contribute to the refinement of professional services methodologies and ensure continuous improvement in processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in managed services or hosting environments.
Technical knowledge of data center strategy, operations, migration, disaster recovery, and IT service management (ITIL preferred).
Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, handle shifting priorities, and resolve problems efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project and Visio, and familiarity with project management tools.
Experience with infrastructure projects such as virtualization, application/platform migration, and network/data management.
Ability to travel as required.
