Job Overview

As a Senior Manager, SDR at Lumos, you will be responsible for leading and executing SDR strategies to meet meeting and pipeline targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing messaging into impactful SDR plays and sequences. Additionally, you will coach and develop SDR talent, enforce CRM hygiene, and build repeatable playbooks to drive Lumos' GTM motion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SDR execution across inbound and outbound channels
  • Coach and develop SDR talent; conduct call reviews and performance management
  • Translate marketing messaging into SDR plays and sequences
  • Run the SDR operating cadence; conduct weekly reviews and pipeline planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, PMM, RevOps, and Ops
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise tech revenue experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading SDR teams
  • Proven SDR performance system with a focus on activity to pipeline
  • Strong coaching track record in developing high performers
  • Experience in metrics and funnel diagnosis, building sequences from product marketing, and enforcing CRM hygiene
