Job Overview

As a Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global field and event strategy aligned with revenue targets. Your role will include prioritizing markets, verticals, and named accounts, driving pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up, building event roadmaps to support pipeline and executive engagement, and owning the execution of flagship conferences and regional events.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global field and event strategy aligned to revenue targets
  • Prioritize markets, verticals, and named accounts with Sales leadership
  • Drive pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up with AEs and CSMs
  • Build event roadmaps to support pipeline, ABM, expansion, and exec engagement
  • Own end-to-end execution of flagship conferences and regional events
  • Design moments that differentiate the brand and deepen relationships
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in SaaS
  • Proven ROI and pipeline from events
  • Strategic thinker who ties event programming to revenue goals
  • Operationally excellent; you sweat the details
  • Experienced managing multi-region events (NA, EMEA, APAC preferred)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, high-accountability environment
