Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior C# Developer to support the development of backend services and APIs powering trading and financial platforms. You will collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams, contributing to high-quality fintech solutions while expanding your skills in a growth-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs for trading and financial platforms.
• Implement new features, fix bugs, and write unit/integration tests under senior developer guidance.
• Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA, product, and frontend teams to deliver robust fintech solutions.
• Participate in Agile processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Stay updated with C#/.NET advancements and fintech industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid foundation in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6+ preferred).
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and basic query writing.
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic web services.
• Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience or keen interest in fintech and financial technologies is a plus.
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced development teams is advantageous.
