Junior Motion Designer Binance

Join Binance’s Global Creative Team as a Junior Motion Designer, where you will help shape the visual storytelling behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit motion graphics and video content for social media, campaigns, events, websites, and digital advertising.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging 2D (and occasionally 3D) animations.
• Support the production of daily animations and assets, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Adapt and localize assets for different markets, formats, and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and creatives to develop impactful content.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new tools, and global trends in crypto and blockchain.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Some experience in motion graphics or video content creation (internships, freelance, coursework, or personal projects).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or AI video/image tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Google Veo 3) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and branding in video.
• Excellent eye for design, timing, and composition.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries.
• Organized, communicative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
