Lead React Native Developer

As a Lead Mobile Developer at Sherwin-Williams, you will spearhead the planning, design, and development of high-quality mobile applications across iOS, Android, and other platforms. You will collaborate closely with product and project managers, mentor a team of developers, and ensure application security and code quality. Job Overview

• Lead a collaborative development team in building proprietary and licensable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full mobile application lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Delegate tasks and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Review and optimize code, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
• Devise strategies for cross-platform development, including React Native and native technologies.
• Establish and enforce processes for timely bug fixes and application upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Expertise in integrated development environments such as React Native, Xamarin, iOS SDK, and Android SDK.
• Proven leadership skills with experience guiding collaborative development teams.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile security, data management, and best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern source control systems.
• Experience in technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring developers.
